The Brewer Foundation and New York University are proud to announce the topic for the 2019-20 competition:

Resolved: When in conflict, a nation's self-interest should outweigh its international commitments to migrants.

​

This international contest is open to all schools - public and private - for free. It welcomes students across the spectrum of debate and forensic events. High school teams compete for awards and scholarships. The top eight teams win all-expenses-paid trips to the IPPF Finals in New York City!
